Lavender, Lilac, Orange Martini Bitters
A special collaboration with our friends at East Fork Pottery, these bitters blend North Carolina grown lilac and aronia berry, lavender and orange from small farms in California, and blue butterfly pea flower from a grower in Florida. Floral, citrusy, and delightfully purple, these bitters add effortless charm to some bubbly water for a refreshing spritz, or seriously up your game added to an ice-cold martini. Try 1 part dry vermouth, 3 parts gin and 3-4 droppersfull of bitters, stirred up on ice with an orange or lemon peel to finish.
