Orders take 2-5 business days to process and ship. Please understand that we are a very small business and all fulfillment is done in-house. We will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner. 

Heilbron Herbs does not guarantee the arrival time of shipments. Once we release packages to USPS or UPS, all responsibility of its safe and timely arrival is transferred to the shipping company. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. We are not responsible in replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns on any of our products at this time. If there are any errors or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at by email and we will do everything we can to assist you. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days and we will gladly replace the item.

We respect your right to privacy.  Heilbron Herbs will not sell, transfer, exchange, or share your information to any outside party. Your personal information is used exclusively by Heilbron Herbs to process your online order, or to be added to our mailing list. If adjustments are made to our privacy policy, those changes will appear in our policies page.
