Seasonal Cocktail Bitters
A special collaboration with our friends at East Fork Pottery, these seasonal bitters blend botanicals grown around the US - or foraged in Appalachia - for a fresh take on cocktail bitters. We all agree they add some nuanced, herbaceous oomph to your cocktail of choice - or make a delightful spritz when simply added to sparkling water!
WALNUT, SPICEBUSH, AND BIRCH
Warm, earthy, spicy, nutty, rich. We have to say, these cocktail bitters - reminiscent of molasses, kola nut, and allspice - taste just right for a chilly winter night.
Black walnut, spicebush, birch, elecampane, ginger, angelica, extracted in organic cane alcohol, water
LEMON, ROSE, AND SAGE
These bitters are the perfect floral, bright and lightly herbaceous complement for an ice-cold gin martini, bright and light cocktail, or to add some summery intrigue to your sparkling water.
Meyer lemon peel, rose blossom, lavender, rosemary, sage, extracted in organic corn and/or cane alcohol, water
MARIGOLD, FENNEL, AND ANGELICA
This citrusy, fennel-forward green dream may remind you of absinthe or pastis with a bitter twist. Nice for any season.
Tangerine gem marigold, bronze fennel, lemon balm, tulsi, angelica root, extracted in organic corn and/or cane alcohol, water
