Can I take herbs while pregnant or nursing?

We recommend checking in with a trusted healthcare practitioner before trying any new herbs.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders usually take 2-7 business days to process and ship. Please understand that we are a very small business and all fulfillment is done in-house. We will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner!

Heilbron Herbs does not guarantee the arrival time of shipments. Once we release packages to USPS or UPS, all responsibility of its safe and timely arrival is transferred to the shipping company. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. We are not responsible in replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns on any of our products at this time. If there are any errors or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at by email and we will do everything we can to assist you. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days and we will gladly replace the item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! With the exception of perishable items. A few shipping options should be available for international orders of non-perishables. 

How do subscriptions work?

Our subscription service is an easy way to make sure you're always ready with your favorite herbs on hand. Your membership will automatically renew every 30, 60 or 90 days at which time your credit card will be charged for the subscription products, including applicable shipping fees until you cancel your membership. When you place an order for a subscription, you will receive an email with a link to your customer portal where you may make changes to your subscription or cancel your membership at anytime.

Because we offer a discounted rate for subscription members, we ask that you maintain your subscription for 3 months before cancelling your membership. 

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time - in the event that we do need to discontinue your subscription, you will be emailed and will incur no further charges on your account.
