Body Oil

Each of the herbs in our body oil formula provide gentle benefits to the skin’s moisture barrier while calming the skin. Key ingredients include:
+Calendula heals and soothes irritated skin
+Lavender calms and helps reduce redness
+Clary Sage balances skin oils and improves skin health
+Poplar Buds provide antioxidant protection and support wound and skin regeneration

It is ideal to apply our body oil (and our face oil, too) to moist or wet skin, i.e. after a shower or bath, to lock in moisture. When applied over water, the oil has the texture of a body lotion on the skin and doesn’t feel greasy.

Our herbal body oil is responsibly sourced with herbs from small, organic American farmers. The oil is infused in small batches by our expert herbalist, making this body oil exponentially more fresh and potent than drugstore brand products. It provides natural antioxidants to prevent and reverse environmental skin damage, and its balanced blend of jojoba oil, sunflower oil, and olive oil supports the skin's barrier function for soft, supple skin, providing a simple routine for comprehensive skin and bodycare.

It also has a naturally pleasant, aromatherapeutic scent, without unnatural fragrance or perfume like those found in other luxury products. (Some people even like to add body oil directly into their bath water for this reason!) It is not formulated with artificial humectants, emollients, stabilizers, or preservatives.

The Body Oil is essential oil free and has been used as a body oil for pregnancy and has received positive feedback for preventing stretch marks and having a pleasant, mildly herbaceous, yet slightly sweet scent.
