Favorite blend

Saralyn is a master of herbal blends. I love all the HH blends I’ve tried, but this one in combination with their California poppy extract saved me from a pretty long term bout of insomnia. I’ve been loving the newer sleep specific blend, but this one is such a dear friend and I’ve been missing it. Excited to reorder :)
