Our Double Extract is only for adults, while our classic Elderberry Syrup is safe for both adults and kids.

Our Elderberry Syrup is a classic water based extract of the famous immune booster elderberry (Sambucus nigra), blended with raw honey, ginger, and turmeric to make a delicious immune tonic for kids and adults alike.

Our Elderberry Double Extract is a similar formulation of fresh elderberry juice and raw honey, but includes the addition of extra potent elderberry tincture and aronia berry tincture to make an elderberry extract that is specifically for adult immune support.

Elderberry Double Extract is an elderberry concentrate that combines our classic elderberry syrup recipe with elderberry tincture and aronia berry tincture. Because the tinctures contain alcohol and the dosage for the Elderberry Double Extract is 1 tsp, rather than 1 or 2 ml for the rest of our kid-safe tinctures, we recommend kids use our classic Elderberry Syrup without alcohol.
